We have a cute Kalamazoo cabin of a house in a wooded setting for our next sale The house has three levels of goodies plus a huge garage.
The sale takes place Saturday, June 13, from 10am until 3pm, and Sunday, June 14, from 10am until 2pm.
ALERT: Cell reception / signal is very poor at this location. We strongly advise shoppers come prepared with cash or they may risk missing out on purchases.
The living room and loft boast a Howard Miller Presidential grandfather clock, a Venetian marble mantle clock, and an antique carved wood mantle clock. Quality solid wood vintage pieces abound, including a roll top desk, dressers, side tables, and a wood-and-rattan rocker. Shoppers will also find a handy coat rack with shelves and cubbies, a comfy sofa and a cozy red recliner.
In the kitchen and laundry area we have an LG compact refrigerator / freezer, a Toshiba toaster oven, and a roomy Hamilton-Beach slow cooker. Corningware enthusiasts will find several “Blue Cornflower” pieces. We also have a nice selection of cast-iron cookware and a gorgeous 15-piece knife block.
The bedrooms feature a Serta iComfort EFX queen mattress in excellent condition, a Simmons Kids Crib ‘n' More, and a number of other bed pieces. You will also find linens, shoes, clothing and accessories. Rounding things out are more great quality storage pieces.
The mostly finished basement holds additional great furniture and décor. We have loads of vintage holiday decorations, featuring a Polar Express O gauge train with track and extras. You will find a good selection of toys, as well as hobby gear and accessories for music, fishing, golfing, sewing, clock repair, and more.
Outside in the garage are tons of tools for house, yard, and automotive projects. Some notable items are Cadillac CTS breaks, pads, and rotors, a drill press, Celestron telescope and outdoor toys for the kids. Gardening and yard work buffs have lots to choose from, such as a Faux Bois bird bath or an Andersons Pro Fertilizer Spreader.
Other brand names shoppers will find throughout the estate include: Greenworks, Troy-Bilt, Black & Decker, Huffy, Stihl, Broyhill, Cuisinart, Kenwood, Singer, and others.
